InĀ Quorum, the players take on the role of Roman senators who share the power of Rome and its provinces with the aim of acquiring the greatest amount of influence possible. The goal is to be the most powerful and influential senator by gaining victory points, which are awarded in various areas of influence over the twelve rounds of the game.
On their turn, players take and play a card in front of them to affect one of the provinces. The turns continue in this way until all the players have twelve cards in front of them.
