At Clownfish Games, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
